Erick Moneró is a fisherman whose hobby is advertising.

Wouldn´t it be the other way around?

Well, doesn´t matter.

The fact is that he is always out there trying to catch something big, from fresh ideas to great life experiences.

Erick has had the honor to serve as a jury member at important global advertising festivals, such as the Clio Awards, The ADC Awards (The One Club for Creativity), The PHNX Awards (AdForum) and, also, to help inspire the next generation of creatives as an official Creative Coach for the London International Awards (LIAisons program 2022).

Appointed as Brazilian Young Lion in 2012, Erick had his work recognized more than 30 times among the biggest international award shows and publications, including Cannes Lions, The One Show, New York Festivals, El Ojo de Iberoamerica, The Webby Awards, Festival do Clube de Criação, Lurzer's Archive, Festival of Media Awards, Smarties Awards, Youtube Works and others.

He has also attended to several TV shows due to his amazing ability to speak backwards in different languages, being awarded as one of the most extraordinary minds on National Geographic´s TV show “Os Incríveis” (the Brazilian version of Stan Lee´s Superhumans).

Besides all that, Erick is a really easy-going guy, always ready to contribute with his teammates from any area to make ass-kicking ideas see the light of day, no matter how hard he has to fight for them.

No wonder his life mantra was inspired by the greatest Belgian philosopher, Jean-Claude:

“No Retreat, No Surrender."
